Craftsmanship

Every paring knife is shaped, refined, and finished by hand from start to finish. The blade receives a meticulous hand-ground bevel, producing a thin, precise edge ideal for in-hand work and tight turning cuts.

Our in-house heat treatment pushes Nitro-V to its peak performance range of 60–62 HRC, giving the blade excellent edge retention while maintaining the toughness needed for daily use.

Each handle is hand-sculpted, ensuring a natural, confident grip regardless of hand size or cutting technique. From rough shaping to final finish, no detail is rushed — every knife is built to feel like an extension of the hand.
