Shipping policy
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1-3 days
- Orders placed on Mondays, Tuesdays, & holidays will be processed on the next business day (Wed.-Sun.)
- You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped, tracking will be included.
Lost or Delayed Packages
- Once a package is scanned by the carrier, it is their responsibility to deliver it.
- If your package is marked as delivered but is missing, please contact the carrier directly.
- We are happy to open a claim, but we are not responsible for carrier delays or mis-deliveries.
- Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for a re-shipment fee.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- All orders are shipped via USPS, USP, or FedEx, depending on the safest and most efficient method for your location.

- Delivery times typically range between 2-7 business days.
- All shipping times estimated at checkout are estimates only. Shipping times cannot be guaranteed, as delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, holidays or other factors outside of our control.
