All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason.
Exchange Policy
If you have an issue with your order or need to request an exchange, please contact us directly within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges are reviewed case-by-case, and we reserve the right to make the final decision on whether an item qualifies for exchange.
Eligibility for Exchange
• Items must be unused and in original condition.
• Used items and items outside the 14-day window are not eligible.
• Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs associated with an approved exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Products that have been used, damaged, altered, or are outside of the 14-day return window are not eligible for return or refund.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
